DUST

ALTHOUGH THERE IS SOME WATERING, IT ISN'T ENOUGH TO KEEP DOWN THE DUST WHEN HAULING DIRT FROM ONE SECTION TO ANOTHER.  HUGE PILES OF DIRT ARE LEFT COMPLETELY UNCOVERED WHEN UNATTENDED DURING NIGHTTIMES AND ON WEEKENDS.  SUDDEN STRONG BREEZES CAUSE DUST TO BLOW INTO CLOSE-BY RESIDENCES.

Note:  During mid July it's been observed that more watering has been done to keep dust down.  Also large dirt piles are now being watered.  However, the large dirt piles - as per MM-7 and CM15 - need to be covered with temporary dust covers to prevent the dust blowing on weekends and other days when workers are not there to keep the piles damp.

 WEEKEND

WEEKEND

They're finally watering down large dirt pile -- but dirt piles STILL need covers.
