Site Issues

Neighbors have been more than tolerant in trying to put up with the negative effects of Blackbird construction, but over the last few months 3 issues have arisen that need to be addressed:  Street parking by construction employees, toxic diesel fumes and constant unnecessary dust from uncovered dirt piles.

******STREET PARKING FINALLY RESOLVED******

Thanks to the intervention from Council Member Mitch O'Farrell's office's Field Deputy Adam Bass, Blackbirds developers must comply to CM27 -- "LADBS shall require the applicant to have all employees park their personal vehicles outside of the hillside area and utilize a developer-sponsored vanpool system for transport to the site."  Blackbirds developers submitted their plan below.
